Welcome to Image+, a product of Madeinhisimage3 LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Image+ mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Image+. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share (“User Content”).
By posting User Content through the Service, you grant Madeinhisimage3 LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content within the Service and in promotional materials related to Image+.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

You agree not to post, share, or engage in activity that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory;
   
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or eating disorders;
   
• Infringes on another’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
   
• Constitutes spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial solicitation; or
   
• Provides medical or nutritional advice without appropriate qualifications.
   

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

The Service provides fitness and wellness content for informational and entertainment purposes only.
Image+ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician before starting any fitness, diet, or wellness program.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical activities at your own risk.
   
• Madeinhisimage3 LLC is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages that may result from your participation.
   
• You release and discharge Image+ and Madeinhisimage3 LLC from all claims arising from your use of the Service.
   

Except for User Content, all materials in the Service—including design, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks—are owned or licensed by Madeinhisimage3 LLC and protected by U.S. and international laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
